Paul Wall Video in HD

I've just added the Paul Wall video to my website. I have been super busy so It took me some time to upload it to my vimeo profile. Well, now it's up. Thank you to everyone that worked on this project. We were so close of being shut down by the LAPD during the tunnel shoot. They were nice enough to let us finish. Thanks!

If you're a fan/buyer of the Red Giant products like myself, I just wanted to say it was good timing for Colorista II to hit stores 6 days before my grading deadline. Colorista II is Red Giants new color grading application (Filter). With all the new improvements, it feels like I'm opening a separate host/application. From Masters to Primaries and Secondaries, I had more control with my video than I did using any other grading tool.

Ikon Circuit provides the making of...

Well today the behind the scenes for Paul Wall's video "Still On" has been released today. The video is provided by Ikon Circuit. The video will be release sometime at the end of this month, till then, enjoy the behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone that helped out on the project. New Website layout

Yeah, so it's been a few months since I updated anything on this website. I knew that I did not want to do anything to my website unless I was going to wipe the old design and replace it with something basic and up front. So here it is. It's very simple.

Video achieve can be seen on the rigth as well as my reel. This stays current with any links you decide to click on. I feel that, if anyone is deciding to go to my website, they're going to want to watch my videos rather than reading what I have to say. ha ha. So, when you're ready, go ahead and click on the thumbnail of the video you would like to see. Another window will open (So make sure you have your pop-up blocker off) and the video will play automatically.

I'll be adding the Guns N Roses montage next week as well as another update in my blog about the Paul Wall Video. Hope you enjoy the new layout. My grandma can navigate through this website. Seriously!

Awesomeness & Randomness Equals...

Shawn Stackz - Gotta Ball Music video has been release last week. If you haven't seen it, I prefer you watch it via youtube. I do not have it on m Vimeo profile as of yet. The video was shot in Los Angeles during the Grammies in one location with limitations of six hours to shoot. Check it out here.

Teairra Mari's music video Automatic is pretty much done. We are waiting on the label to release it. It the mean time, we are shooting another sexy viral video for her this week in Malibu. So be on the look out for that.

Just got a phone call that we're now back on track for Paul Wall's music video for his single. We're aiming for the end of May or middle of June to start shooting.

One of my close friends [Wuz Good] just release his biggest video this past weekend. I'm very stoked of the final product. The visuals are very entertaining. Check out the video Here. Also, Wuz Good just did his first album cover for B.O.B "The Adventures of Bobby Ray".

Another buddy of mine [Dan Dobi], in Los Angeles, has taken a step away from music videos and dived more into the commercial aspect of things. When he finds time out of his busy schedule, he has the tendency to do a few comedy skits. His newest one is called "DUCAN ROCKS". Episode five is my favorite. Take a look and see for yourself. Teairra Mari Sexy Virl!

Last week, I shot two videos for Teairra Mari. The viral video (Daddy's Home Remix) has been release this morning on Wolrd Star Hip Hop. You can also view it on my Vimeo Profile in HD [2:1 ratio], which I highly recommend.

Guns N' Roses Documentary in South America was a great experience unlike any other. The footage looks amazing. Hopefully in a few weeks, I'll be able to show off some of the footage/screen grabs.

Shooting in Brazil.

Okay, so it's been very intense week. Working with some pretty talented people which led me to work with Soulja Boy and Teairra Mari. Now, just found out today, That I'll be flying out to Brazil March 5th for a Gun and Roses Shoot. Working with a well known Director that has shot over 500 music videos in the last 3 to 4 years. His body of works consist of, P. Diddy, Soulja Boy, Fall Out Boy, Akon, T.I., The Game, and more. The list goes on. If you haven't heard of him, his name is RAGE. Check him out.

Also, while I was on set for Teairra Mari's music video shoot, I ran into a facebook friend which happens to be one of the best cinematographers in the music video business. Let's just say, he's the go-to-guy when someone needs a cinematographer for a music video. He goes by his birth name, Joseph Labisi. Check out his work here. There's no Reel on his page, why should there be? His name, sells himself.

Alright, as for the Miss Mykie video and Shawn Stacks, they will be all finish in the first week of March. Keep a look out for those videos. As for the commercial for Calvin Klein, we're in the works of doing the score. Once we finish that process, we'll release it at the end of March. Stay tune.

Weekend of Grammys and Music Videos.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are less than four days of shooting three music videos. Just a reminder, if you're interested being in a video and have nothing to do on Sunday, I recommend that you come out to Jane's House on Hollywood Blvd. It's going to be a very interesting shoot. Videos, Videos, Videos...

Yesterday, I just finished writing a hand full of treatments. One of them is for a music video that I'll be shooting this December 19th and 20th. If you want to help out or offer a helping hand, please contact one of our Production Coordinators. The video is for a female artist named, Miss Mykie. It also was produced and engineered by a good friend of mine, Yung Chill. Chill and I have been in the works of setting up videos for next January. I don't want to mention any names but if you go to his site, I will a sure you that I'll be the front runner for their videos.

16 Second Stare has also hired me to do a music video and commercial for their next campaign. I start putting that together at the end of December.

As for the Air Force commercial, I pushed it back another two months until the investment is fully funded. We are very close to locking this project in. Once the commercial is green lighted, it will be a very exciting project.

Besides that, I will also have a brand new website to show all of you on January 1st 2010. A good way to start off the new year. Stay tune.
